McKinney Gourmet Foods
Preheat oven to 305 degrees.
1/2 cup of White Cornbread Mix
1/4 - 1/2 cup of Gourmet Green Fudge mix
1 and 1/2 cups of Sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
2 Eggs (well beaten)
Mix eggs and Gourmet Green Fudge together.
Fold into the cornbread.
Slowly add the cheese.
Bake at 305 for twenty-five to thirty-five minutes.
Allow to cool.
Using a mini muffin tin this recipe will make 24 muffins.
