Green Fudge Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spread 2 cups grated cheddar cheese in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.

Mix 3 well beaten eggs with 1/2 cup of Gourmet Green Fudge mix.

(Use more or less Gourmet Green Fudge mix to suit your taste.)

Spread egg mixture over the bottom layer of cheese and spread 2 cups grated cheddar cheese on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for thirty minutes.

Allow to cool so it will cut easier.

Cut into 1 inch squares.

Serve on tortilla chips. 

Refrigerate any leftovers. 

(They can be reheated in the microwave later.)


Party Dip

Mix 1/4 cup Gourmet Red Sauce with 1/4 cup Gourmet Green Fudge Mix (use more or less to taste) blend with 8oz. cream cheese.


  • If you're in a hurry, pour Gourmet Red Sauce  and Gourmet Green Fudge Mixon top of the cream cheese.
  • Mild dip - mix 1/4 cup of Gourmet Red Sauce with 8oz. cream cheese.
  • The whipped cream cheese blends easily.
  • ​Make the day before and refrigerate.
